I didn't think we got that much rain but guess I'm wrong. Looked at the river flow a minute ago and it's higher than I want to fish in. When is this gonna stop!!! I wanna go fishing. Maybe it will calm down for Sunday.  |

Hey Phil hope you can get on the water this weekend. We got very little rain here in wv, we got 5 inches of snow  . I said the same thing when is the snow going to stop. Im so ready for spring, I wont even complain about mowing grass. ;D |

Drove from Roanoke to Elkin via 81 and 77 Thursday night. Ran into right much snow cover on the way home with depths running what appeared to be around 5 inches. I bet that snowmelt pushed water temps back into the mid 40s.
