Is a parking pass still required to fish here? I stopped by to check the New and Little on my way back from Roanoke last Friday and there were no signs saying anything about a parking pass. I've always wanted to fish there but never can get time to come down and do the paperwork during the work day.

At that time, you did have to have one.
