Hi all! I just wanted to give thanks to both NRS and Blue Ridge Mountain Sports in Blacksburg.
I had purchased my NRS Chinook PFD at Blue Ridge early last year and have been very happy with the functionality of the Chinook fishing PFD(personal flotation device). Unfortunately, one of the pockets on the vest had a seam failure, and the pocket was now useless.
I spoke to Wyatt at Blue Ridge, and he said to bring it in and he would send it to NRS. This was the end of summer, and I said "the fishing was too good to be without a vest for 2-4 weeks!" Wyatt said "No problem, just bring it in when the fishing slacks off."
I brought in the vest in the beginning of December, and they had a Brand New replacement vest for me by Dec 26th. No questions asked. I only paid $9.00 for shipping! I had actually expected to have my old one repaired, so recieving a new one was just icing on the cake.
I always like to share my good experiences with retailers and suppliers when given the opportunity. Thanks go out to NRS, and Blue Ridge Mountain Sports! I will continue to give you both my future business. Sincerely, Scott Small

I have a nrs chinook vest to. Nrs is a great company to deal with. There rafts are first rate i have paddled many of them and customer service is second to none.
