Some of you know, my paddle broke during one of times I seemed to find my self upside down the other day. I sent Aqua-Bound an email to see if it could be fixed, so that I would not have to shell out $100 for a new paddle. I received an email this morning from Aqua-Bound stating they were sending me a brand new paddle free of charge, and a shipping lable for me to send the broken one back so there staff can inspect it. No questions asked. Unreal customer service! I couldn't believe it! Looks like I will always be an Aqua-Bound customer for now on!

That's great news Jeff. Hopefully your luck is changing. It's good to hear a manufacturer backs up it's product. Most times it seems they just turn their back on it. Phil
