Just pulled up in the camping field. Plenty of room still I'm in the red truck with yellow hobie on a trailer if anyone is interested in camping in the same area.

Fishing was tough. Heard a lot of people saying they zero'd. I caught 6 all 13" or smaller. All were on a Shakey head. Winning length was 37.75". Morning bite was good on top water. Watched a guy land a 21" on a spook.

Had a great time, and ate a ton food, Fishing was tough, ended up with 5 bass largest was 14. The wind was brutal, sure would have like to have had Mytoy's pedal powered Hobie!

Yep the Hobie was awesome in the wind. Was a great time and those that have never been, you dont know what you are missing. You get you entry fee in 2 great meals, free tent camping, t-shirt, and other free bee's. That and it goes to a great cause. They were able to raise over $10,000 for Hero's on the Water and Project Healing Waters. Fishing was tough probably due to the weather that came through Friday night, at least it was for me. There were some big fish caught though. Winning ticket was 37.75"
