I am laying here unable to sleep as normal on a Friday night and was thanking off how to rig the yak but I don't want to put a lot of holes it in and since it is a two or one man yak I don't want to lose that ability. I was thanking about making a plywood cut out to go in the hull with cutouts of battery boxes small cooler exc. and since I don't like the molded in sets any way putting a low profile swivel base and a padded set like on the front of my bass boat. then running all the wires under the plywood and screwing all my rod holder's fish finder exc. to the top. It would only rise me up about 2 inches in the yak and if I wanted to take my wife or nephew I could pull the plywood out. but the only way I can thank of holding it in its to tie it down with the pad eyes that are in the bottom of the hull. tale me what y'all thank. bye the way I have a rambler 2 13.5 foot.

You should look into some geartrack from Yakattack. Once you have the track mounted you can move your accessories around as you need.
