Lets get the first group float planned for the year, maybe march or April. Any suggestions on dates or where you all would like to float? Camping or just a float?

The Big Falls to Eggleston float is almost over after you get started... If you have the time its best to go all the way to Pembroke. Big Fall to Eggleston 1 1/2 to 2 1/2,,, Big Falls to Pembroke 6 to 8 hours depending on water flow and if head winds, one of my favorites

Adding the 6 miles to Pembroke would be better. However Greg makes a good point you guys are welcome on the WV side. He and I can translate for you if your intimated by the locals. LOL

I would like to avoid whitewater in March if possible. One of you guys will have to set it up when we do the WV. I know nothing of that side. After all the big fish caught on the narrows to glen lyn floats we did in fall I would like to do that one some time in Spring also. Greg, my sales route will be switching to WV in February, When the days get longer I'll have to meet you up there and fish one afternoon with ya.

I agree Jeff I think we need to do narrows float more often. I really liked that section. Where will you be traveling at over here? Let me know and we will hit the water.

Im up for trying a WV fish/float when the water warms up a little. I would have to hit a bait store or somewhere to get a license. I would need help with that not knowing the area at all. the other thing is I own a Slayer 12 set up for fishing not white water I don't think I want to see any class 3 or 4 in this boat... Let me know when its right... Harry at 540 577 6812

I'd definitely like to do the Shanklins Ferry float on the WV side. I haven't fished through there in a long time but it was good fishing when I did.

Past Thurmond to faytte station is where the class 5s are. I stay away from there. Shanklins ferry to the mouth of indian creek is one of the best floats over here. There is two class 3s on the float but you can get around them. I want you guys to come over this spring and fish. Trust me I wont put you in any water you cant handle. Plus great smallmouth fishing and the muskies are thick.
