Pretty sure the wind is going to keep me off the water today, unless you got a pond hidden from the wind... It is brutal up here in McCoy. Looking out the window watching all the trees and power lines swaying back and forth

I will probably get out there this afternoon. Gonna try and find a spot where the wind will blow me upstream. Hopefully this wind will die a little. My paddles will get blown out of the rod holders.

Worst case scenario I go to the dam. It is one of the few places on the New I haven't caught one. Several follows but no takes. I'm thinking the wind is strong enough to blow us back up to the dam. Once the sun comes out it will be hard to talk myself out of going.

Enjoyed meeting another club member.... We tried so hard to catch a fish yesterday... I was wanting to stay till dark but after 5 hours I just had to go... I Left robOw out there on the water, he's a young man and all I can say is I can't keep up with the youngsters

You didn't miss anything. Went back out yesterday and had a few follows but no takes. I think they generated all day plus a south wind had the river zooming.
