Does in anyone know if there is still a rod and reel repair shop in Christiansburg? I remember passing a house in Christiansburg with a sign out front but I can't remember which road it was on. I had a guide break on one of my fly rods and would like to get it fixed locally instead of shipping it off to Orvis.

That guy is still there on Lee Hwy/Radford Rd. The sign is in his front yard. Last time I was there he was working nights at the arsenal and didn't get home until 3 or 4. One of the numbers I found through google was his moms and she gave me his info. I will be driving by there tomorrow and will try to remember to get the number from the sign.

I may have to look him up, that's just about a mile from my house. I have a guide with the insert missing that cut my line this weekend.
