KayakTournaments.com October Online Fishing Tournament
**REGISTRATION IS OPEN, MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS WHOLE PAGE INCLUDING THE RULES AND SEND THE LIABILITY FORM RIGHT AFTER SENDING PAYMENT. MUST USE IDENTIFIER CARD (identifier card will be releases the last week in September) AND THE IDENTIFIER CODE (code will be release the night before the tournament start date) **
KayakTournaments.com is hosting another tournament, using the TourneyX.com live CPR scoring system. We plan on growing and gaining sponsors as we grow. Hopefully by the end of the tournament we will have gained a few more sponsors that will donate product for giveaways and prizes.
Entry Fee: $25; $10 Big Bass (Optional)
To make payment, go to TourneyX.com and create an angler login. Login, then click on the “Register for tournament” box. Select KayakTournaments.com in the drop down box. Check the check box next to Tournament Fees, Tournament Rules and TourneyX terms. Then click
Register. Now click Proceed To Check Out. It will bring up the Paypal webpage. Login to your
Paypal and send the money.

Liability Form: Every participant needs to complete this Liability Form, it can be found here. If you download this form, and/or open it in your browser, fill it out complete with your electronic signature Then right click any where on the document, choose “Save As…” and save it somewhere on your computer. Then email that signed copy to casey.d.reed@gmail.com

That is where you’re photos will be submitted and you can track the event live.
Prizes: 80% payout, Sponsor prizes - 1 place will be paid out for every 7 anglers that join. Checks and prizes will be mailed to winners within a week of the end of the tournament.
